Privacy policy
Short version: we only collect what you send us through the contact forms, we only use advertising cookies on our advert landing pages and only if you accept them, and we never sell data.

What we collect
When you use a form on this site we receive the details you type: name, email, phone, company, website and message. We use them to reply to you and, if you ask for an audit, to prepare it. Form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your IP address and browser details to tell people from bots.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and does not use cookies or track you across sites. That's why most of this site has no cookie banner.
Advertising
Pages we link to from our Google adverts, such as our Shopify development page, use the Google Ads tag to measure which adverts lead to phone calls and enquiries. Those pages show a cookie choice. If you accept, Google sets advertising cookies and may process your IP address and device details. If you decline, no advertising cookies are set and Google receives only anonymous, cookieless signals. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Form messages are delivered to us by Brevo, our transactional email provider. We don't add you to a marketing list unless you ask.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiries for as long as we're talking to you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected].
